Well, what can I say? Fantastic place. Very kind staff and delicious food. The caciucco is out of this world. We're here on vacation and have tried several restaurants, and this is the best in terms of quality, price, and service... try it, you won't be disappointed.

I have eaten at this restaurant in the center of Portoferraio several times. The atmosphere is familiar and welcoming, the portions are generous. The mixed antipasto is excellent, especially the pasticcio, the first courses with octopus or gurnard sauce and the mixed fried food are delicious. There are also good alternatives for those who don't like fish, such as tagliatelle with ragù, grilled vegetables and stew with green beans. The tiramisu is exquisite

I was here today and I have to say I found it to be a fantastic place, excellent food, friendly and helpful staff... a true seafood osteria. I recommend coming to eat here because it's worth it for those looking for authentic, simple, home-made flavors.

We spent a week in Portoferraio, this place has become our point of reference! Between the cuisine of Mrs. Sandra and the friendliness and kindness of Riccardo, we were pampered and delighted by dishes truly rich in passion and tradition! Excellent seafood and meat dishes with an embarrassment of choice! We really appreciated the "penne in barca", "spaghetti alle vongole", "caciucco", "gnocchetti al gorgonzola", "arrosto", not to mention the exquisite "cozze ripiene"! Never eaten so good! Also excellent appetizers and desserts with tiramisu and artisanal meringue! A RESTAURANT with a capital letter that we feel the duty to recommend to you to let you transport yourself by the flavors!

I have been to this restaurant with my daughter, who lives and works on Elba and for whom it has become a point of reference. Unlike many other seasonal restaurants for tourists, this is an Elban restaurant, frequented by Elbans and open all year round. We ate fish, excellent, but there is also a wide choice of dishes with meat or vegetables. We had a great time and I can't wait to return, this time to try the tagliatelle al ragù.

We ate octopus salad, sea bream pie, Elba-style stockfish, fried anchovies, and stuffed squid, all washed down with an excellent Elba Vermentino. To finish, Sandra made a fantastic homemade tiramisu, as did everything else. The bill was a pleasant surprise, which added to the attentive and warm welcome. Excellent experience.
